BHG has established a rigorous, scientific quality management system, adopting internationally advanced QM methods and implementing total quality management — from supply-chain management to per-transaction monitoring, from supplier grading to inspection processes, we have built a complete quality system.

Supplier Grading System

We have built a complete supplier evaluation and grading system, strictly reviewing every supplier and executing grading every six months:

  • Grade 1: Original factories, agents, catalog distributors
  • Grade 2: OEM/ODM/EMS factories (forwarder)
  • Grade 3: Qualified suppliers with third-party certs (ERAI/IDEA/ISO) and other qualified suppliers
  • Grade 4: Disqualified suppliers

Warehousing / Packaging / Logistics

  • Warehousing: temp/humidity 18~26℃, 30%~65%, ESD control
  • Packaging & labeling: custom packaging/labeling, MSL per IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033
  • Logistics: OQC pre-shipment inspection, archive per customer requirements, choose fastest/safest/most economical
  • Qualification & insurance: complete qualifications and insurance

  • Outer packaging per MSL standard
  • Marking consistency vs original spec
  • Appearance, pin deformation/oxidation
STEP 2

Engineer Re-inspection

  • Full re-inspection of non-grade-1 materials
  • Re-check appearance
  • Verify against QC database & original labels
  • Barcode check; verify batch/lot/year/packaging
STEP 3

Quality Testing

  • By third-party labs (Baima, CECC)
  • Solderability test
  • X-RAY consistency / decap test
  • XRF / EDX / EDS / functional test
